The Boring Lab has announced a new feature coming soon to The Boring Toolbox that will allow Milestone XProtect administrators to receive health monitoring notifications and reports in Slack. This new feature will provide Milestone administrators with greater accessibility, improved workflows, and quicker response times for any potential issues with their VMS.
With Boring’s Milestone Slack integration, administrators will be able to see all of their VMS health monitoring notifications in one place and take action without having to switch between different applications. This will make it easier for them to quickly identify issues, collaborate with colleagues and begin the resolution process.
